Controls Technician

Field delivery & service

Build, start and support the control systems that keep complex facilities operating. Work hands-on with BAS controllers, sensors, actuators, networks and mechanical equipment across new construction, tenant improvements, retrofits and service calls.

Express interest

Key responsibilities

  • Install, terminate, test and commission BAS devices and control panels
  • Start up equipment, verify sequences and troubleshoot field conditions
  • Support controller programming, graphics and project documentation
  • Work safely with electricians, mechanical trades and building operators

What you bring

  • Electrical or controls fundamentals
  • Practical troubleshooting mindset
  • Clear field documentation
  • Driver's licence and comfort working on active sites

Smart Buildings Specialist

Integration & building performance

Connect building systems, data and operations into one useful digital environment. Bridge controls, IT and facility operations to deliver master systems integration.

Express interest

Key responsibilities

  • Integrate BAS, lighting, power, access, IoT and third-party platforms
  • Develop data models, dashboards, analytics and operational workflows
  • Coordinate networks, APIs, protocols, cybersecurity and data validation
  • Translate owner goals into measurable smart-building use cases

What you bring

  • BAS, Niagara or systems-integration experience
  • BACnet, MQTT, APIs and data fluency
  • Analytical and client-facing communication
  • Curiosity across controls, energy and software
